Mapnik Lowzoom Tiles

Zoom levels 0-8 created from scaled unlabelled z9 bitmaps, and labels added later (similar to Tiles@Home lowzoom process). Details in old mailing list article.

Note that 2015 tiles are 512x512px ("retina tiles") because that allows for nicer printing results. Download full world map image in 16384x11264px (z6) or 8192x5632px (z5).
